This was a yummy session. I pulled on my Stearns HiViz BeeSteel lifevest along with my heavy rubber gloves and PVC face shield, it started out as a very relaxing session with plenty of time to spend rebreathing. I got plenty of 3+ minute rebreathing runs in from Run1 up to Run4 and then it got more and more intense as the PVC aprons and rubber aprons were added working up to the finale with the thick PVC sheeting and a second lifevest to really squeeze me super tight! The smell of the greasy sweaty lifevest is very relaxing and allows me to rebreathe for a long time if the situation is properly configured for that but it can also turn extremely exciting at the drop of a hat if the configuration is right ;)
